A sturdy tiny house trailer with a build height of 52 cm and a total chassis width of 244 cm. The wheel arches extend to a maximum width of 255 cm and are 10 cm higher than the loading surface, providing a solid foundation while maximizing interior height.
Platform (62cm height)
Designed for seamless construction, this model features a completely flat building surface with a height of 62 cm. The platform width is 244 cm, while the wheel arches extend to 255 cm, eliminating the need to account for wheel wells in your tiny house design.
Detachable
A versatile option with a detachable deck that allows the tiny house to be classified as cargo according to transport regulations. This innovative design makes it easier to separate the trailer from the home, offering flexibility for both transport and permanent installation.
Standard or Platform Model?
Vlemmix offers two primary chassis types to suit various building preferences:
Standard Version: Featuring a build platform height of 52 cm, this model allows for a maximum tiny house height of four meters, optimizing vertical space.
Platform Version: With a build platform height of 62 cm and a flat surface, this model simplifies construction by aligning the building platform with the wheel arches, eliminating the need to account for wheel wells during design.
